Today was our day for company. First our next door neighbor stopped in and had a cup of coffee with us, then a neighbor two doors down dropped-in and also had a cup of coffee. Then right after lunch a friend from our old neighborhood stopped by. Again we had coffee. I think I am all coffeed out. An unusual event for me. I got little of nothing done today but, I still had a decent time visiting with everyone. Tomorrow I am hoping I make it through the day all alone. I have to play catch-up with notifications, reading posts, and writing. Not to mention stitching. I am too pooped to do anything tonight so I will be enjoying some TV. I think I will watch something new to me. Hope ever4yone had a wonderful day.

I did have a lot of coffee. The company was nice but I was glad to be alone again.

@HazySue I have only once had ice coffee. Really did not like it. I love hot chocolate or chocolate milk or just plain milk instead.

That sounds like a lovely way to enjoy time with your friends, but to have so many visit on the same day does sound exhausting! Hopefully, tomorrow will be more peaceful!

@HazySue - I understand! It always seems to be that way for me with holiday parties. All the invitations are for the same night.

I am not sure why it happens that way but for some reason it seems everyone wants to drop in on the same day.

I can barely tell my days apart. If I did laundry it would break up the day but today it was cool and windy but not good enough for drying clothes

I have the same problem with knowing what day I am in. I just go with the flow.

It was nice to have so much company; but it does take time away from other things.

I like it to get dark later. I feel the same way like I need to go to bed when it gets dark.
