Laundry and Daily Health Report - Day 5

Saturday is my day for sleeping in. Though it rarely happens. It did this morning. I got 9.5 hours of almost straight sleep. I guess I was tired. My appetite is also nowhere to be found. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the apple cider vinegar capsules my sister gave me to help me with leg cramps. She had 6 unopened bottles of them. She got them for Dad because he swore by them for leg cramps. I had a banana and a cup of tea before I went to my son's to do laundry and just finished a regular breakfast for lunch.
Yesterday was a good day foodwise. I had two meals which look very good numbers-wise, especially when you consider I didn't go to the Y yesterday because I wasn't home to do so.
It was also laundry day today. I keep forgetting to take my camera because I need to take a photo of the Millennium Falcon, he wants me to paint for Christmas. I had two loads today. As I was watching him play a new Star Wars game, he threw me a compliment on my writing. My head is swelling. That's two compliments - one for rock painting and now one for my writing. He told me I have a very good imagination and if what I'm writing about in my Science Fiction series comes true it would be awesome. In other words, it has a good chance of becoming more than science fiction.
That's been my morning. Now for yesterday's numbers.

Carbs: 188
Protein: 79.2
Sodium: 844
Fat: 23.4
I think they're looking good. I probably got a good number of steps yesterday with the morning looking for my bag/purse, talking to the police and the woman at the bank. I wouldn't know what they are though.

My dog was itching and woke my son and I up about 6:30am. I would have preferred to sleep in.. maybe tomorrow.
Do you think the apple cider vinegar pills help or is it too early to tell?

@just4him Well it is nice to catch up on sleep when you can, so that's good. I wanted to sleep in today but my husband and son woke me up early!

Yes, I did. A woman found it on the ground at Wal-Mart. There was nothing stolen.

For me, Sleep is also important. If you don't sleep well, you can't look fit! But too much sleep will also make you full.
