Things are so bad in my country that I don´t dare say Good morning from here. I woke up to Claudia on the phone. She told me that she was in a state of shock as her salary was probably going to be cut to the half. As we were talking about the riots in Chile I told her that I felt that the pacific protests were done by Chileans who desperately needed changes. But there are also riots and fires that I´m sure that are being done by extremists (even anarchists) and probably guided by people out of the country. We can help each other (our family) but we can do nothing for our country. We are on the brink of a civil war that the majority does not want.

I am so sorry, a civil war was exactly what I feared since the day one this protests started. Someone (I do not know who) wants to destabilize the whole world.

There is a great difference between the biggest salaries and the salary of the poor people. The congressmen are fighting with each other and meanwhile trying to appease the majority with news they will like.

Thats horrible, I seen they burnt many trains with isn't smart because one thing is for it to be expensive but now they have no way to transit, I pray for Chile and Venezuela everyday May god watch over you all

It really seems to be like a fire catching up your country. I read in news about the fear of Civil War. It's sad. Sending prayers for people out there.

Worse still is that the congressmen don´t understand that they cannot cut in half every salary. Some are very high and some aren´t.

Venezuela has gone through that and even worse the economic situation is the worst in Latin America, so I know how they are going through your country, I hope that the political interference is to help the country and has not further destabilize the situation, I trust To reduce the disturbances and find a peaceful solution in your country.

We have big amounts of immigrants here that richer people accepted so that the lower salaries could be kept low.
