I have neglected to be here today. It is Thursday. We had a potluck at school. I took a salad with carrots and apples in it. There were many delicious vegetable dishes and meat dishes and desserts of course.
The lady that set it up made our workroom look festive.
I made that particular salad because it is easy, different, and I knew hubby would love any left overs.
John, the lead teacher that had the roll over accident Sunday night is back at work. He showed me pictures of his totaled small truck. It rolled over completely and landed right side up. He was able to force the door open and walk away.
So, for me there have been many pleasant things today.
I hope your have had a few nice things happen as well.

Yes, who wants salad if there are meats and desserts. Really there were plenty of salads as well.
