Knives Out and Date night

On Sunday, my husband and I went out to see the movie "Knives Out". It was a movie that looked good to us, when we saw the trailer, and we knew we needed a date night, which we haven't had in a while. Since we had some free movie tickets, we thought we'd go see it. It was a good movie. It was really interesting. It had a mix of classic murder mystery and modern elements. My husband and I both enjoyed it. We'd both like to watch it again, but will probably wait until it comes out. It was definitely nice to get out with my husband and it was nice going to see a movie together that was more for us. I can't remember when was the last time we actually had a date night, so it was definitely needed. Hopefully we can do it again fairly soon.

I am glad you got to have a date night with hubby. I would like to see that movie, but doubt I will get to it. I do plan to see Cats though. Knives Out would be my second choice. I will see it if I get an opportunity.

I have heard good things of this. I may rent it later down the road. The next movie we plan to see is Frozen 2. I liked the 1st and now my son is getting into Disney lol.

It does make it easier, when it's just the two of you. When the kids are out of the house, I'm sure it'll be easier to do this kind of thing.

It is true that sometimes movies will disappoint. This time, it was good. It wasn't maybe entirely what I was expecting, but it was still good.

We're happy we were able to do it. I am thankful that we were. It felt so good to be able to do it, and I'd like to do it again fairly soon. It was a good movie. I would definitely recommend it.

I know what you mean. It is hard to go out without your kids. We tend to go out with our kids too. It doesn't happen often that it's just the two of us.
