Shopping week

We do major shopping the week I get paid. I got paid yesterday so we began our regular stock up. So I was not online much. The same will happen tonight.
Hopefully I will stay at home tomorrow, Saturday.
Church on Sunday, and perhaps more shopping.
Two more full weeks of school before our break. We will see how things go.
I chose to come here first this morning, since likely I will be out late tonight.

Only a few thngs I need to mail. Gift cards, for instance. We just like to have food and household goods on hand. I am buying some things to make personal gifts with.

I went to Aldi for fresh veggies this week. Being alone I will not eat as much and I intend to love more on the stock pile of home canned veggies.
Tomorrow I will get the animal feed.

Now that I am proud owner of two cats I need to make that a habit. If I lived alone I would live a lot more on simple veggies. You can eat a larger volume of veggies for the same calories as a small portion of meat.

I have been to the grocery store 3 times since the 3rd. The cupboards are no longer lacking the essentials! Still need to make a list of things I had forgotten.
Had to buy a new dvd player and a printer. Thankfully both were on sale and didn't break the bank. Not that there is much in my bank these days!
Still have to go shopping for Christmas. That will be done within the next 2 weeks.

Exactly. It is a good change of pace, but it takes energy to do it, then more energy to put the food away.
