Home Repair Update 12/14/19

I told my husband to buy a new sump pump; but he said the old one is working now. I said it stopped once before it can stop again.
So guess what? The pumper guy went to the house; and the basement was flooded again. So now we will have to pay him additional $ for another pumping; and my husband must go out and buy and install a new sump pump.
Another thing - he has been leaving the front door open for the pumper guy. My husband said that there's nothing left to steal (the house was broken into twice)...but I said that they could still come in and vandalize the place or even live there.
I'm beyond speechless.

Oh I know what you mean. It's so frustrating when you have people that don't realize the old saying "better safe then sorry !"

I was almost afraid to open this to see the latest disaster. Sadly, it didn't disappoint.
