It was supposed to be my cleaning day

but it didn´t. I have planned to do my household chores today as I have not vacuumed for 3 days as I was very busy last weekend including Friday. I was already holding the vacuum cleaner when one of my relatives called from the Philippines.
I thought that I could wrap gifts while chatting with my relative but I stopped wrapping the gifts as I was already confused about which one is for whom. It seems that I couldn´t do anything while video chatting or talking on a phone. I had to sit down. So, I made a mug of tea. We chatted for hours until it was already time to go to bed in the Philippines.
After talking, it was time to make dinner. Then cleaning the dishes after eating and off I am online again until now. I have finished writing my cake pops recipe on Hubpages, sharing it to social media and I am back to Mylot.
I think being creative in my mind keeps my brain functioning very well. It seems that my brain has a lot of exercises. I am the oldest of my parents' children but I have observed that my younger siblings are already forgetful.
My son asked me what Christmas gift that I wish. I didn´t know the answer to that. I have everything already and so I said I wish to have a massage again from a spa. That´s the best gift I want to have. No bags, clothes, gadgets and so on. I could have said, I want to have a plane ticket home but I am not that kind of person. I am already happy if someone treats me for a yummy dinner.
Do you have any special wish for Christmas?
I have always wanted to have a Steiff toy but it is very expensive

I'm glad that I am free from such long calls. Some years back, I have friends who would call our landline phone and talk for at least 30 minutes. Think if I have 5 such friends huh.

Only 30 minutes @Alexandoy? When a Pinay called me, 30 minutes was not enough and it was extended to 2 hours.

Sometimes it’s hard to multitask while on the phone or video chatting.
I buy whatever I want whenever I need something including spa massages.
My husband surprises me with gifts quite often. I really don’t need a thing, but I always appreciate the sentiment.
Steiff stuffed animals have always been family favorites of ours. Which one do you like the most?

I usually can do multitasking but not when I am talking on the phone. I have to sit or stand.
That is good @DianneN and we always appreciate the sentiment that showed to us. I actually can buy what I want but sometimes, I said to myself that I better save the money for my travel.
I love that Steiff bear the most. Btw, I still have the teddy bear of my son when he was still a baby. I gave it to him when he moved to his own flat but he gave it back to me when he married.

No, I have not special desires. I do not want any tangible gifts. I have already too many things I do not know what to do with them. I want peace, love, and time with family.

I'm at the point in my life where I have everything I need basically. I only wish for my loved ones to be happy and healthy.

My Mum always plans to do cleaning and other household chores, but then she falls asleep on the sofa and doesn't get anything done! She was planning to put the Christmas tree up on 1st December - it's still not up yet.
What I would like for Christmas is anything to do with Doctor Who, or some Lego (I'm 50 and I still play with Lego), or some card making and craft items.
