Good Afternoon & Daily Health Report - Day 38

How are you all today? The sun is shining here in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It was a nice toasty 16 F with a wind chill of 3 F when I went to the pool this morning. Much better than yesterday's 11 F wind chill. Right now it's a balmy 23 F and feels like 15 F. Now, if it would stay like this, I would be happy. Unfortunately, the seven-day forecast has the 40s F on it. That means all my wonderful snow will go bye-bye. The bright side is there is snow in the forecast for Christmas day. By the way, I'm not being sarcastic about those numbers. I love winter and snow. I want a nice white Christmas. When I say it's balmy out there, it is. Very nice. Thankfully not warm enough yet for the snow to melt. Being warm meant I was in the pool this morning. I enjoyed a good workout in the pool, which was not crowded like Tuesday was. Only 8 people today, but not all at once. After the pool, it was rock painting. I came home, downed two bananas and left. In the picture above are the rocks I'm giving for Christmas presents. I did 14 of them this morning. They turned out great. I did have lunch at the ADRC, which meant very high sodium for today. It wasn't too bad with Hawaiian meatballs with pineapple and broccoli. I ate when I got home because that wasn't enough to fill the hole in my stomach. It was an appetizer. I've already had 3/4 of the total calories I want in one day. This leads me to yesterday's numbers which are a lot better than I expected. Calories: 1093 Sugar: 51 Carbs: 131.2 Protein: 58.6 Sodium: 484 Fat: 43.7 No exercise yesterday with the wind chills what they were. It was a good day overall.
