I haven't been here since this morning before I left to do laundry at my son's. It was a good day. I have most of my grocery shopping finished for Christmas. I only have a few things left to buy. My son told me I'm cooking at his place instead of mine. That works. So, I will be spending all of Christmas day with him. That should be interesting. Today, I was very hungry. I had a light breakfast, hoping it would be enough. Not so much. I said yesterday I planned to have a pizza. I did. That's where half my sodium is found. However, yesterday, was much better and maybe between the two days it evens itself out. Almost no sodium yesterday and more than double today. I'm going to give both totals since I'm finished eating today. Yesterday's numbers: Calories: 1297 Sugar: 131.6 Carbs: 187.6 protein: 33.9 Sodium: 58 Fat: 49.3 Calories burned swimming - 388 Total calories - 909 Today's numbers: Calories: 1685 Sugar: 46.35 Carbs: 179.8 Protein: 109.7 Sodium: 1490 Fat: 57.1 Calories burned - shopping - 177 Total calories - 1508 There was 720 mg of sodium in the cauliflower pizza crust. I put hamburger, Bella mushrooms and alt. cheese on it. The alt. cheese has 280 mg of sodium. Shopping helped but not enough. At least I know I won't be eating any more tonight. How did you do for food and exercise yesterday and today? Are you finished with all your shopping for Christmas dinner and gifts? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

It's easy to get exercise during this season with all the shopping and things we do to get ready for Christmas.

I think to maintain health, we need to pay attention to what we eat, such as reducing the amount of oily foods, etc.

I don't eat oily foods and I watch everything I eat and track it on an Exel program.

@99Bring_lix I'm sorry you doubt me. I'm not a vegetarian. That's good you are.

@just4him Is it true?? I'm glad to hear that, then, being a vegetarian, I think it's better than eating greasy food.

I already gave my friends their Christmas present and they gave me mine, I'm happy with that. This coming week I'm staying home and just relaxing online with Mylotters.

I rode my bike twice. 30 minutes the first time and then 15 later in the day.

I hope you can find something to keep you busy in your momma's kitchen today. That doesn't sound too bad. I'm sorry it sat like an anvil in your gut. I hope you're feeling better today.

Even with your pizza hiccup you did better than me. I had relatives over for a pre-Christmas celebration and we also had pizza along with some cookies, chips, and other sweets. It's hard to stay away from sampling during the holidays.

Yes, and believe it or not, I lost a pound. I wanted to see what damage I did with all that eating yesterday. I didn't. I'm very happy there's another pound gone. I'm glad your shopping is done.
