Do You Still Like To Use FM Radio?

Despite of having many internet music channels available on the Mobile phones the FM Radio still remains as one of the popular surce of entertainment for many of us. This is a main type of entertainment and source of information for the people traveling in the Cars locally as they get to know about the current traffic jams and the flow of the traffic through this radio. I am a big lover of FM Radio! How about you? Are you a lover of FM Radio?

Yes, because of avaialbility of these stations on internet we tend to listen to them online! This I also do some times!

@AKRao24 FM is in car and when I travel by bus. I connect earphones to smartphones.

@arunima25 ,Oh, now I understood it...Still for me it would be a great deal, as I hardly need tp travel to reach my work place as it is situated just about a distance f 5 minutes walk from my place!

@AKRao24 It's including the entire travel in a day. Sometimes it's a little more than two hours. This includes dropping and picking my daughter to school, driving to work and driving my daughters to various classes.

@LadyDuck , That is a wonderful feature you have there on FM band! Here also in our country we get the emergency announcements by interrupting the local programs in case of emergency!

@Kasjnak , Nice to know that! I have got Audio deck by Sony that had a FM band whuch was purchased by me in 1986 in India when we never had any FM radio in India.

I still use it from time to time in the car...and then I realize they still play the same five songs so I go back to my CDs or playlists

@AKRao24 the car radio has 6 buttons for the choice of favorite stations. But all in all, there are more than 30 FM stations, I think.

Yes, that would be the great idea! We too do have a channel where we have classical based movie songs which are old and very popular. The name of the channel itself is FM Gold!

I love the FM radio. I have an app on my phone where I can listen to stations around the globe. I spend a lot of time travelling without a passport.
