Early Morning Rain

Well, we are having an early morning rain here where we live.
But according the the weather girl, it won't be pretty soon, as it will turn out as freezing rain.
Not a time to go out at all.
I feel bad for everyone who has to drive into this dangerous weather.
I think that the rain that Peter Paul & Mary are singing here is very different.

We had a little bit of rain yesterday morning, but it was very warm in the afternoon. Today it was cold this morning.

don't envy ya that freezin' rain/ice, hon. dangerous schtuff fer certain 'n folks jest don't seem to know how to drive proper'n such these days.

@marlina if'n they'd jest listen to logic, all'd be fine. 've proper tires, add weight to the back end, drive slower - particularly 't intersections, leave 't least 2 vehicle lengths 'tween yerself'n one'n front, etc. takes jest one idiot to cause a multi-auto pileup :(

It's no where near as cold here as you have it yet I can't get motivated to go outside. I have to admit I am glad we aren't getting the kind of freezing rain as you are.

Our rain ended a few hours ago and it is cloudy with the sun trying to come out.
It is very very windy today.
We do not have ice in our forecast, that is more up in from Lake Superior across to the Ottawa region from what I understand. Stay safe.
