Daniel came this morning (he did not say he was sleeping out so I just put on the alarm at dusk). He had not had breakfast and neither had I so I asked him to have breakfast with me although there was only some hot dog bread, too sweet for my taste.
He went into the fridge (now he knows better than I what we have) took out some tortillas and asked me if I wanted one. I did. He added a rather miserable tomato we had left and some beautiful fresh basil leaves. I offered him a special mixture of chocolate and coffee that have for Tania.
There and then he asked me if I wanted him out of my house immediately or not. Sh*T! That boy does not understand Spanish or gestures or anything!
I am not throwing him out as in kicking him out. I want him to find a place more according to his way of living and I want to be left alone in peace with my age problems.
Tania got a lot of cardboard boxes when we went to the supermarket last week. I told him that if he will take all that junk to his place in the south, he should put everything in boxes and throw away what he does not need.
I hope he will eventually go without my losing him as a grandson.
Friends, life is difficult!!!

@LadyDuck He asked me if I wanted him to go out immediately and I said no. I´m not kicking him out. But I did tell him that he should start placing in boxes all his junk and throwing away what does not serve any purpose.

I told him today to find a place more suitable to his needs. He understands and I think that we will work out this problem.

No. And this generation has had too many things so they take everything for granted.

He is nice. But he has been brought up in the new trend. Too many rights and not any duties.
