A safe haven for a dog

Tomorrow we leave this hotel in Kathmandu and move to one which will be closer to the wedding venue. On the way, we have to stop at a tailor’s opposite the Australian embassy and pick up a daura surawal or traditional Nepali suit which Vince will wear to the wedding. We attend wedding festivities on both Thursday and Friday.
On Saturday we return to Kathmandu then catch a bus to Pokhara on Sunday morning. It will take most of the day to travel the several hundred miles. We stay in Pokhara for two nights then catch another bus to Lumbini where we’ll stay for another two nights. I’m not sure what access we’ll have to the internet. I’ve been lucky to have been able to myLot as much as I have over the week we’ve been in Kathmandu.
So if I’m not here, then I’ll be somewhere in Nepal and hopefully having fun. The photo is of a small store which sold a variety of items but I loved the thoughtfulness of the owner in providing a box for his dog to sleep in.

I like your shot. I suppose here in the US we actually spoil our dogs for the most part. I know I do. It's sweet of the owner to provide shelter for his dog but I can't help but think how much better it would be if the pup had a pillow

@amitkokiladitya I think most are street dogs. Sometimes one will have a collar.
