National Chocolate Fondue Day National F**t Day - Honestly folks, I don't make these things up. 1907 - A Belgian chemist announces the creation of Bakelite, the world's first synthetic plastic. 1919 - Charlie Chaplain, Mary Pickford, Douglas Fairbanks and D. W. Griffith create United Artists studio.
