It's fish cooking day again

My husband caught some speckled perch, white perch, and bass in our pond yesterday, so we're having a fish fry today for a late lunch.
I'll get the stewed potatoes stewing soon, I have lemonade already made, and I'll gather all the stuff for frying the fish.
It's supposed to rain most of the day, so we'll just stay in and watch a good movie while we eat our meal. It's awfully warm out for February so I hope we don't get any bad storms.
How's the weather in your part of the world? Anything special going on today?

@LindaOHio My husband has always loved to hunt and fish, too. We have about 60 acres in the country and it's his "kingdom", lol!

I use plain stone ground corn meal which is gluten free. It was sure yummy! I use corn meal and a little GF flour for the fried corn bread.
