Happy Valentines Day

Happy Friday Everyone and also a very Happy Valentines Day to all.
The sun is trying to peek out from behind some very dark clouds left over from the week. Hopefully it will succeed and we can have a nice sunny day. The temperatures have dropped so it's pretty cold.
My daughter went to work again today so I'll probably just do a repeat of yesterday.
I'm more than halfway through my book so it would be nice to sit and read but I'm also working on getting more steps in each day so I'm going to have to do the steps first and then read.
Wearing this Fitbit gives me an idea of my daily steps and I'm quite surprised at how many I can get in without leaving the house. It would be nice to get them in by taking a walk but the weather hasn't been nice enough.
Anyway, it's time for coffee and let the day unfold.

It is great how many steps you can get in without leaving the house. I usually get mine while watching a movie or getting up often from the computer and walking through the apartment.

One day after I canned last summer and my feet were tired, I decided to keep my cell in my pocket while I'm at home so that I could get an idea of how many steps I took at home. I use it at work, or when I'm out, but that was it.
The following weekend I canned some more, and found that I took over 2 km's worth of steps that day. Currently today I am at 2.7 km, but its been a busy day today.

I don't have a Fitbit, but I think I am walking many steps daily even just inside the house alone. I am always walking here and there, up and down, doing housework, helping my youngest or myself to grab something. :D
It's interesting to know how many steps I am walking per day.

Just a quiet day working on my PC. It is a cold night here and it was a gray day so I also did not go out. My little apartment does not give me too many steps to take each day and I did have more exercise in Latvia where I had to go up and down the stairs every day.
