I feel like it is Sunday. Barbecue is on the way.

Normally, barbecues are done either on Saturdays or Sundays. The rest of the time, people are working. Last Sunday, my friends suggested a barbecue at my house. Hugo had seen some very delicious ribs at the supermarket. I said no. My Sundays are all taken with Claudia and her children. But I told him that since we were all retired, why didn´t we have one on a weekday. Why don´t you make the salads, he said. And, dumb me, I said yes. And dumber still, I am doing all sorts of delicious things. I have some appetizers ready (they weren´t in the deal). I have decided not to do everything I was going to do anyway. The guacamole will be eaten by me. I have the potato salad ready, the green salad almost ready and I am waiting for everyone to arrive to finish with the coleslaw. Now it is time to clean up a bit and then go for my shower.
