In these days Wuhan seems to be famous because of the coronavirus. But actually there are more famous spots in Wuhan. Such as the cherry blossom is famous in Wuhan. Although it is about 920KM from Wuhan to my city Guangzhou. But it takes about 4 hours to go there by high speed train. This is why it is convenient to travel there. My aunt ever went there to take beautiful cheery blossom photos. I don't know anybody who is in Wuhan and I can only learn the situation via the net. Currently it must be hard there. Hopefully things will become normal soon.

I am just saddened what is happening to that place. I am praying that this crisis will be averted soon and eveything go back to their normal lives again. The description you have about Wuhan is great that they should be recognized with. But unfortunately because of this crisis that image is just replace with this crisis.

It is very kind of you. Hopefully the coronavirus crisis will be under control in Wuhan soon. I really hope that those local officers can be responsible and do their job well.

I haven't checked the high speed train price for it yet. I think it is within USD100?

It is also scary @youless Over the last few years those ocean storms have become so much more severe.

Thanks for your kindness. I think the situation is so serious in Wuhan, sad to say. Especially it seems that the local officers are much more bureaucratic and they don't deal with this case well.

@youless This is what I have read and it is heartbreaking. I have watched photos online of the city of Wuhan and it was a beautiful city. We can only hope that everything will be fine again soon.

People don't have the mood to enjoy it now. It is a hard time for them at present.

If and when we go to China in May we'll be travelling on the high speed train once or twice. I'd love to see the cherry blossom.

Wish you could do so next year in spring I also suggest you to take the high speed train from Wuhan to Chongqing. Chongqing is very famous for its food and terrains.
