That fridge is a miracle. A Spanish tortilla for lunch.

I was going to eat an omelet for lunch. You know, a couple of beaten eggs and maybe some diced cheese and a bit of chive.
But then I started cleaning up my kitchen. I wish it would end some time.
I found half an onion that Lely had given Hugo when he cleaned the grill before he started the barbecue (that was on Wednesday, I think). That same day I made a potato salad and cooked one too many. Usually if I don´t use the cooked potato soon, I have to throw it away. Not his time. It was fine.
So I fried it all, added some cut up bacon (I did not have Spanish chorizo) and made a delicious Spanish tortilla for lunch.
Mind. No gluten.
Now I´ll take a nap and clean the kitchen again and will read some of your posts. My notifications are gone, but I know I´ll have new ones after my nap. See you later
