Happy Wednesday & Daily Health Report - February 25

Yesterday was a very good day. One in which I needed three meals, mostly because I didn't have much in the way of sodium throughout the day. However, it all worked out well with swimming and steps. I didn't go to the fitness center yesterday because my left knee gave me too much pain to put it to any more aggravation on the elliptical and bike. Today, no problem. I got a good workout in the pool and fitness center, and stopped at the store for bananas on the way home, taking on more steps. I have nearly 4000 steps now with that great workout this morning. I also got more work done on Vendetta yesterday, so it was an all-around great day yesterday. Here is what I ate yesterday and the numbers. Breakfast - 3 bananas, 1 serving walnuts, 1 serving raisins, 1 serving unsweetened almond milk all blended together for a delicious porridge. Calories: 645 Sugar: 80 Carbs: 117 Protein: 9.9 Sodium: 128 Fat: 21.7 Lunch/Dinner - Pot roast, Keto bread Calories: 595 Sugar: 11.87 Carbs: 46.9 Protein: 28.6 Sodium: 157 Fat: 32.4 Snack - 2 Snickerdoodles - 1 serving Calories: 110 Sugar: 10 Carbs: 18 Protein: 1 Sodium: 90 Fat: 4 Supper - 3 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon, 1 Small potato - counted as half Calories: 385 Sugar: .5 Carbs: 13 Protein: 29.5 Sodium: 610 Fat: 19 Total stats: Calories: 1735 Sugar: 102.37 Carbs: 194.9 Protein: 69 Sodium: 985 Fat: 77.1 Calories burned: Swimming - 388 Steps - 6078 / 2.3 mile - 360 Total burned calories - 748 Total calories - 987 So, you see yesterday was a very good day. I weighed myself this morning. Yesterday I was at 201.6 Today I'm at 200.8. I'm down another 8 ounces. I only have 8 ounces to go to goal and to get off the morbid obesity status. I forgot to weight myself this morning, but I think I am the same as yesterday, that is 106 pounds. Tomorrow I check.

You are doing goodKeep it up. It's good that you gave rest to your left knees. We should listen to our body. I am off exercise for few days. My monthly cycle is here and I am just relaxing.

@arunima25 I enjoy swimming and learning how to eat healthy. I can say, now that I've gotten this far, the journey is exciting. I'm looking forward to losing the next ten pounds. I'll set that goal as soon as I lose the last 8 ounces.

It looks like a good day indeed. And it feels very nice when we step on the scale in the morning and we have lost some weight! I am not doing exercise these days because of doctor's orders so I am just trying to eat a little less.

That is great on the loss on the scale, you are getting very close to that goal! And I think the numbers look pretty good, especially with the calories burned.
