Too creative to eat

The collage shows some of the novel decorations that were on show at the Hindu wedding that we attended in Kathmandu, Nepal, recently.
We saw the same sort of creativity in Thailand many years ago. We don’t see it much in Australia.
Have you seen decorative carving of fruits and vegetables in your restaurants or eating places?

@JudyEv I have seen it for holidays a few times. But that is usually cakes and such.

No I had not Judy not anywhere..except for pumpkin carving here but that is only on halloween.

Some salad vegies they play around with, don't they? I have a lot of trouble in a really flash restaurant (not that I've been in many) about paying through the nose for a bowl of soup. That stops my enjoyment too.

we do from time to time (at the farmers market). I am always amazed at what people can create!

They're so clever, aren't they? I'm battling to cut it up so it looks nice.
