We broke records again

Just when I thought that 17 cases was the maximum that we could get in a single day. We hit 23 cases in the next day.
Last night, we were told that there were 43 cases. It was scary considered that over 20 cases were imported cases. Community spreading is already happening.
No matter how much we are doing, we could not contain it and we are not going lockdown. I will forsee that we will get into further trouble.
I disliked that but we are breaking records left and right.

Yes it came down a little today but it is still too high. 32 cases in this evening.

The thing is that there were people infected so far, too, but they were not confirmed. Now, more and more cases are confirmed, but it doesn't mean that they are new.

We have to keep this in a bit of perspective. I am NOT suggesting we should still not be concerned by any rise in numbers. However, more test kits are now available, and with that, naturally we will see more confirmations because now we have more access to actually test for it. What's rising is not necessarily the number of new cases. What's rising is the DATA collection now that we are more equipped to collect the data.

I thought it's well controlled in Singapore and the cases are dropping in numbers. It's alarming. Stay safe.
