Chicken drumsticks with mushroom sauce for lunch.

I am getting tired of leftovers. And although I still have a lot, I decided to cook something different.
I had some mushrooms that had been very fresh before the COVID-19 panic. I was going to invite my aunt for lunch. But she cannot go out now. It is mandatory that people over 80 stay in their homes unless there´s a medical urgency. And she is 97.
So today I fried some chicken drumsticks, added butter and the mushrooms and did the rest of the good rice for lunch. Upon checking the fridge, I discovered some cream and some wine wine so I also added it. I also added some corn flour to thicken it (that´s the only flour I have as it was in a flask.
I just remembered I have coleslaw, but I don´t want to eat more. I think I´ll save it for tonight.

I had yogurt for breakfast and just had a Lite Spam sandwich.

@marguicha It's that pork product in a can like they had during the war. They love it in Hawaii. The Lite version has less salt and fat I think.

We had chicken and mushroom pie for tea and now we have leftovers too.
