Wisconsin's Gov. Evers is to issue a Stay at Home order today. The amount of cases this weekend doubled and he is now joining many other states with Stay at Home orders.
Just like the rest of them you can still go out for essentials and there is NO announcement that you will be arrested if found outside and NO martial law is being called. It is simply a suggestion at this time.
For the spread of the virus this might be a good thing. Try to get people to stay home and not interact with others to keep the spread down. For those of us trying to find a job at this time this is not good at all.
I will continue to send out resumes and hope maybe sometime soon I will hear for someone. I did talk to the manager of the gas station down the road and he said they are not hiring anyone new right now cause they just don't want one more new person in there. They are actually going to close the walk in and you can pay at the pump or walk up to the window and they will get you what you need and hand it out the window to you. Less contact with people.
Not what I wanted to hear.
Well, hope you all are stay safe.

Michigan is on 'lockdown' as of today, March 24. It's for our own good. Only to buy groceries, for medical reasons, and to go to work, then return back home.

I live in a senior's resident--close to 300 people--if anybody likes to socialize it is old people BUT they are talking on the phone, emailing, etc. These are poor people who don't have cars or family to help them and the weather is absolutely amazing but no 'meetings' at the pool, the community room is closed etc.
It's not easy but we are all helping each other and I am proud of them. Here's an idea of some of the 'rules'.

Oh yea, stay safe over there. My mother lives in the same sort of place and she has said the same thing that they are asking the residents to limit the amount of people coming in and out of the building. Kind of sad I thought, some of the people are the ones that need checking in on most and they are asking them to limit guests.

We've been on "stay at home" for two weeks already and now our state has issued every non essential business to be closed.
I can imagine it will be very hard for you to find a job unless you want to do food delivery in your local area. So many people are being laid off now that hiring probably won't be until this whole virus is over.

Sorry to hear that.
Our grocery stores actually sent emails saying they're hiring immediately. Hmm.

I do understand your worries because I`m a small business owner, rentals. My tenants don`t get to work, I do not get paid.
Stay safe yourself.
