Helped my Neighbor Find her Dog

My neighbor has a cocker spaniel exactly like the one I used to have. My dog, Cassie, ran away at age 14 and never came back, shortly after losing my son. I have always had a soft spot for these dogs. They are such loving dogs. And I miss mine every day. So my neighbor has one just like my Cassie. She comes and visits my yard from time to time. But she almost always has a leash. Today my neighbor saw me outside and asked if I had seen her dog. I walked around the block and found her in another yard. She came running to me, and I had flashbacks of my Cassie. So sweet. Glad I could help her find her way home. The photo looks exactly like her dog and my Cassie.

I'm so glad you were able to find her. It made me sick the one time our dog ran off. He came back the next day fortunately.

@CarolDM That is so so sad. It is really hard to lose a furry one. They are so much part of our lives and our families. They mean so much to us. You were a heroine. You found her dog for her and I know it was hard for you because her dog looks so much like your own. You did a very good thing.
