Monday & Daily Health Report - April 5

I just got home from doing laundry early this morning and trying to do early voting. That didn't happen. City Hall is closed. I talked to a lady who arrived as I was leaving. She works there and told me early voting closed last Friday. She said the state might have extended absentee voting and to watch the news for that information. I'm also eating breakfast as I didn't eat before I left. I plan to take my walk later. In the meantime, I'm going to interact here and cut my notifications down significantly. I hope I can get caught up. I also plan to work on Vendetta today. Before all that happens, let me give you yesterday's food and exercise numbers. I did okay. Breakfast - 1 Banana, 1 Container Pomegranate Seeds, 1 Orange, 1 Serving Apple Crunch, 1 Serving Ghee - apple slices only as all the rest has been counted. Calories: 519 Sugar: 37 Carbs: 97 Protein: 6.4 Sodium: 86 Fat: 16.5 Sunday Communion - 2 Crackers, 1 Bottle Grape Juice Calories: 208 Sugar: 45 Carbs: 51.4 Protein: 1 Sodium: 54.1 Fat: .4 Lunch - 2 Potatoes, 3.5 Servings (1 Bag) Cut Green Beans, 2 Servings Dairy Free Sour Cream Calories: 385 Sugar: 9 Carbs: 73.5 Protein: 9.5 Sodium: 50 Fat: 4 Snack - 1 Serving Veggie Straws Calories: 130 Sugar: 1 Carbs: 16 Protein: 1 Sodium: 290 Fat: 7 Supper - 2 Eggs, 2 Slices Turkey Bacon Calories: 260 Sugar: 0 Carbs: 0 Protein: 22 Sodium: 540 Fat: 14 Snack - 1 Chocolate Bar, 1 Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie, 1 Banana Calories: 310.7 Sugar: 23.2 Carbs: 20.5 Protein: 3.4 Sodium: 66.75 Fat: 12.56 What I learned yesterday is that fruits and vegetables don't provide the necessary sodium I need, so I needed to find a way to add it. I was also hungry, where eating the way I normally do, is more filling. Total Stat: Calories: 1812.7 Sugar: 115.2 Carbs: 278.9 Protein: 43.4 Sodium: 1089.85 Fat: 54.86 I shouldn't need to eat that much in one day to achieve the nutrients I need. Today, I'm modifying things a bit, though I still plan to get all my steps and the bicep curls through walking and exercise. Calories burned: Bicep Curls - 2 Hours - 894 Steps - 8787/3.33 Mile - 505 Total calories burned: 1399 Total calories: 413.7 I think I did all right overall. How did you do yesterday with food and exercise? Thanks for reading. The image is another from my walk yesterday. My eating and exercise was great. But scale said i gained weight. Maybe its from water, thats all i can think of.

@just4him i havent weighed in days too afraid lol. I will be weighing tomorrow though as I'm going to every sunday, or every other sunday. My bf also said it could be gained muscle. As I'm doing squats again too.

@just4him Wishing you all the very best with working on your book and cutting down your notifications. As well as doing some more exercise. I have been doing quite a bit of exercise lately but didn't do anything yesterday and kinda doubting I will today / tonight. Tomorrow I will though. Have a great day today.

You look like you have a very nice place to do your walking. Good for you keeping up your exercise and diet and proving that even if we are stuck in the house it's still possible to stay on track

bravo! I don't possess such self-control. i dont measure my foods.But i ate chicken.soup with veggies, one half cup pf rice, cereals with milk, pineapple.juice, a bag of chips, and my homemade strawberry ice.cream.
