Another Chicken Day!

Yes, indeed. I don´t have to cook today for dinner. I still have leftovers from yesterday's meal. The salad will not be the same as I don´t have soybean sprouts anymore. I think I will make feta salad with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber. I have done a lot of household chores today and was still able to video chat with my friend Grace. I am thankful that though we are far from each other this time, we can still see each other, thanks to Whatsapp. How was or is your Wednesday? We have a bright and sunny warm day again with 23°C. Leftovers are time savers! That looks yummy there. Our Wednesday is just starting . . . but it is gray with rain on the way later. Today we don't have leftovers, so looks like I will have to cook .

It has been so warm today. I have repotted my tomato plants, they are growing up fast. Now I moved all them in the greenhouse, I hope to move them in the garden in a couple of weeks.

@thelme55 I have many tomato plants, but also zucchini and eggplants this year, I think it's better to have some more vegetables in the garden.

@simone10 I marinated the chicken first with garlic, soy sauce and calamansi or calamondin juice for a few hours. Then I fry them or bake them. I mostly bake them so I have spare time to do other things.

It’s still morning here, so all I’ve done was exercise, clean, and shower. It’s very hot here at 90 degrees. I don’t know how to convert that to Celsius, but it’s not too humid. Certain areas of Canada have 100% humidity! Enjoy your dinner!

The day has just begun for me today. Have to decide what to have for lunch today. Have some sprouts which I may end up making. Have not had chicken for some weeks now as I have not stepped out of the house due to the pandemic.
