I bet like myself lots of you are feeling like you are in a terrible nightmare that never stops. Day to day I am between a rock and a hard place with every choice I make.
Yesterday, Clay went to jail. You see for 2 yrs he had stopped drinking but a few days ago he started back and had been stealing daughters debit card while she was asleep and sneaking in beer. She confronted him yesterday morning when he was still drunk and he had outright told her give him the card so he could go to the store. They were arguing in the kitchen and I heard her say stop shoving me and she hollered out for me to call 911.
I did and they came and took him right off to jail . At first I was relieved until we found out that of course because of the virus he will most certainly be exposed cause they put prisoners all together of course.
When daughter goes to work now there will be no one here if the power goes for any reason and I am in the dark trying to hook up my oxygen tank, see at the same time plus there are times I am not strong enough to turn anything much less that valve. So this is now the predicament I am in. Plus daughter is missing him and depressed and worried. So let me tell you, never say things could not get worse. They can.

well she did. My daughter is much too nice and loyal. In fact she borrowed money to get him out. 
I don't know what will ever become of us with how she is with this sorry azz man

So difficult. If your power goes out, call 911 to send someone to help you with your oxygen. You do not need him back, he is stealing from your daughter and likely he has exposed you guys already by frequently going to the store.

I know. We have no one though it seems to depend on and I think that is due to him being here too. If only she had not moved back here and my son had not let me down in AZ
but is is what it is and have to just make the best of it.

Yes, it can always get worse. We think of those in parts of the world with no medical attention (living in bombed out areas) and no place to get food.
Sorry about Clay. Now you will have to be sure he is not near you for days after he gets out.
Use your cell to call 911 for help if you can't get you hook up to oxygen. Someone will help.

my daughter actually got his butt out. He is nicer now but you know how that goes. They are better for a while then go right back to it. I don't know. Just have to deal with it I guess. He said they are keeping the new prisoners separate

Don't worry about it being a sad post. It's part of your life and you can write about it if you want.
I am sorry no one will be around to help you when shes at work now, but maybe it's for the best. He clearly needs some help.

he so does. He has mental addictive issues. She doesn't seem to know how bad it is and is already doing things to get him out. She is using me not being alone as an excuse too. I don't know how it will all end. Seems I am always asking folks to pray for me.

yes it is and most drunks are mean it seems. I have had to deal with some now and then all my life.
