How I got on Donald Trump's personal mailing list is beyond me. I'm a registered Democrat, though I've gone kid of "moderate" in my middle age.
I get these emails about once a week. There's always a different reason for why I should send money to Donald Trump. Funding for research on testing and vaccinations has not been among those reasons.
Do you get these kinds of emails?

China has been lying and doing everything they can to cover up the spread of COVID-19 in their country. It’s absolutely disgraceful and we can’t stand by and do nothing.
The entire world needs to work together if we are going to put an end to this pandemic.
President Trump has always been tough on China, but he can’t hold them accountable on his own.

I sure hope not! Maybe just email Trump anyway and ask for a donation to the "Keep me safe" fund. He just may give you a small loan of $1 million.

Heh heh.I would donate to the NRA before I'd donate to Trump. However, I might donate to a research lab working on vaccines for the virus. Especially if I could donate my time. I'm good at doing statistical analysis and writing up research reports.

@TheHorse I wish I'd taken a photo a particular one, all of the answers were slanted "Is Trump awesome", "Is Trump the best ever", or "Is Trump the strongest ever", and no way to pick "none of the above", like it forced you to pick one of various pandering give him the response he wants options.

Trump just wants you to send the stimulus check back to him. I mailed mine out on Thursday to him (okay, it was a check to the IRS for the taxes I owed, but still). And how it Trump having all this money in his hands gong to change how he deals with China? What is he going to do, bribe them with all the money?

@TheHorse I'm willing to bet none of that money ever makes it to Trump. Somebody else is scamming everyone and laughing all the way to the bank! Or, it's really a campaign election account that Trump will use for re-election purposes.

@Butterfingers I do volunteer work for organizations I trust, like Catholic Charities. I would rather give my time than send my money into a vortex.
