Leftovers are Good for Dinner

Lots of meatloaf leftover for dinner. I made more mashed potatoes and called it dinner. No sandwiches, just meatloaf and potatoes.
One of my favorite meals I guess. Easy to make and always makes two meals.
Clouds have moved in and it looks like rain sooner than expected.
I am hoping to find a movie later to watch. Not much on lately.

I made some meatloaf a few days ago, and it was eaten within 2 days. I remember the days when there would be enough for a 2nd meal and then some for sandwiches!

@CarolDM What do you put on meatloaf sandwiches? I usually have mustard, but feel like I should have ketchup too.

It's easier if we have some leftovers for dinner. Saves time and energy on cooking. And this meal definitely looks filling and yummy!

I had a very big lunch today (boss bought us lunch again, this time from Boston Market), so I'll probably have a light dinner. Not sure what I want yet. Maybe some chili. It's super windy here right now ahead of that storm front that will be making it's way through north Florida tonight. I think I will get hit with the storms around 10:00pm tonight. I hate when these bad storm systems hit overnight, because with everyone sleeping no one will know if a tornado is coming.

Meat loaf is one of my favorite dishes! I pure love eating it. I love eating it with mashed potatoes, sweet peas or a meat loaf sandwich. I hope you found a good movie to watch.
