I am going to make a moussaka, probably to eat a piece of it this evening or tomorrow for lunch and I will freeze the rest.
It took me a while to discover ground meat in the deep freeze so my energy disappeared and I decided to mylot a bit.
I have now all the ingredients minus the energy. The sliced salted eggplants must be fried. The ground meat is thawing (I forgot to do it before my nap) and I have to dice the onions and to make the bechamel sauce.
I am dumb. I should cook and eat rice with a fried egg on top every day. Very easy!

@DianneN I will be eating it tomorrow too because Tania will come for lunch. She has nor started to work yet so she can still come to see me keeping a social distance.

Wow, that looks good! My husband and I went to a Greek restaurant back before the quarantine and he wanted moussaka, but they only made it twice a week, and we weren't there on the right day
