April 27 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good Monday evening from this side of the planet. Aside from the rainy weather that kept me inside, it was a good day. I'm thankful for the seven hours of sleep I got last night. It seems to be my standard number of hours of sleep lately. I'm thankful my knees were pretty good today, despite the rain. I did see the barometric pressure was under 30, so that might be why. I've noticed in the past when it goes over 30 my knees are very unhappy. I'm thankful I finished all the notifications today. It was awesome reading your posts to see how you're handling the pandemic. It's not easy being under lockdown or quarantine. I'm thankful I achieved my exercise goals in steps and bicep curls. As of right now, all the calories burned are more than the number of calories consumed. So, that's a good thing and that's with the bicep curls alone. I'm under 900 calories for the day. However, I feel the need for something to eat. I'm thankful the rain stopped long enough for me to get the garbage to the dumpster. I'm thankful I spent time with my younger son today. He gave me a mask. I'm thankful for the walking I did, even though I didn't find what I was looking for at Wal-Mart, it wasn't a complete failure as I gained the exercise and steps. I'm thankful for all my virtual friends on myLot. You're a wonderful group of people. Okay, that's my day and why I'm thankful. What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading.
