Honeysuckle Blooms Reaching for the Sky

Have been out in the yard all morning. The honeysuckle is growing so fast already. Had to cut it back a little. You can see in the photo, before I started trimming it back, it is reaching for the sky.
The hummingbirds have started visiting these sweet nectar blooms.
Funny how this started out as a small vine, maybe 10 inches or so long. Nature has so much to offer. I love being out in the sunshine. I wish the temperatures would stay in the 70s. Any hotter and I am going inside.
Good weather in your world, I hope?

We had very hot weather in April so I guess it hindered the regular schedule of blooming but we finally had some Spring weather and our Queen Crepe Myrtle trees are starting to blossom!

Beautiful shot. I'd love to have a hummingbird feeder. We used to have butterfly bushes; but I don't know what happened to them.

@CarolDM Someone (my husband) would have to fill it up. That might be asking too much.

My favorite of spring is the honeysuckle.
Weather is cloudy but I am okay here.
Have a nice weekend there.

The shrub is huge, I couldn't get it all in the photo. Looks better now after the trimming.
Thanks but this one was easy peasy. The vine on the fence has grown on its own over time.
Cutting it back does help. The hummers and butterflies love this one.

Lovely fragrant honeysuckle in the blue sky! Do you cut stems for a vase centerpiece?
