Losing it on others

I don't know what was going on but I just went to the gas station and as I pulled in I see two police cars in the lot with their lights on and 4 cops talking with two guys. As I get out of the car I can here them yelling at each other. Of course, I just went in the station so I didn't really hear what they are yelling about. I just thought to myself, wow people are starting to lose it. As I left I heard one say something about smashing into his car. From the angle that I was seeing I didn't see any damage on either of the cars that they were near. I'm not sure if different cars were involved or maybe he just bumped into it not doing any damage. All I know for sure is they were pretty worked up about it. I left right away, not my problem and the cops were there to make sure it didn't get physical so no need for me to hang around. I wonder how many more of these types of situations are going to be happening the longer this lock down goes on. People are going to really start losing their patience with others. I hope I am wrong but I can see it becoming a thing more and more. Be safe out there people and try your best to have patience through all of this.

People are under pressure and stress, also under fear...in other words, people are like a time bomb

@LowRiderX You know something I have noticed a lot more now is everyone is not walking around with their heads in their phones, they are actually paying attention to what is around them in the stores now.

@Bensen32 Yes, that everyone can see when you pay attention

Tempers are running short. It's only natural. You can't keep people caged like animals for months on end and that's what the medical experts advise.

@Bensen32 So therefore "the cure" becomes more dangerous and destructive than the illness.

That is true the longer this goes on the more dangerous it is going to become. People are getting fed up with it and it is starting to show.

I think you are right. We can hope people will keep their calm and not lose it over every little thing, but it's most likely going to happen. Were either of the cars like a muscle car or a nice car? Something you think someone would be proud over?

@Bensen32 Then it's just nonsensical. Like the guy that posted a discussion earlier today and said his neighbor was yelling outside because he didn't have his coffee.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I'm not a coffee drinker and can't relate to that but I think about if I didn't have my morning smoke or Dr. Pepper. I would probably be pretty grumpy but to yell and scream about it, probably not.

I agree. People are frustrated and patience is low.

I'm glad you didn't hang around. It's too easy to get caught up in these sorts of situations sometimes.

Yea, I figure if I can try and help someone from getting hurt I will but since the cops were there it is not my job so I'm out of there.
