Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty

A tiny cat tip-toed through our fence from our neighbor's yard.
She is TINY. I estimate 4 or 5 weeks old.
We went to the neighbors who said it was NOT their cat.
Since then she has been living with us.
Mostly in a large box in my bedroom, but we're working on making her big doggy brother comfy with her.
She's learning how to eat and is very sassy and playful.
We may still re-home her when she's a little older, but I think she's probably ours for keeps

Look at those beautiful eyes! I'm a firm believer that cats choose us, and not the other way around. I love the videos / pictures I see where a person is like "this isn't my cat", yet the cat is in their car, or home. It's their cat now.

She does have the prettiest blue eyes right now. But I know they will change color. They are still her "baby blues." This one certainly chose us. Surely being the kitten of one of the neighborhood's feral cats...there is no reason she should have come running for some human care, but she did.

It is cause she's still a tiny baby. They will darken as she gets older.

I see your posts about Ollie on FB. She is as vicious as my Tinker. The person who raised him found him in much the condition of your kitty. Oh, and he was supposed to be Tinkerbell, because she said it was a girl kitty. We just paid and had HIM neutered. Still lively at 12 pounds and acts still much like your furry baby.

Ooh, what pretty blue eyes! JJ tried that “not my cat” thing with a cat that adopted him and Scar, and you see how that worked out.....
