One Minute Of Improvement Is Good Enough For Me This Morning

This morning I decided to add one minute to my walking time with my Nordic poles.
So that made it 16 minutes of hard work for me.
I found it more difficult than yesterday's walk. I guess I was still too stiff from the night.
I had to use slower music, but still could not follow the beat. I hope that tomorrow will be easier.
I still have to conserve my energy for a bit of gardening later on today.
What are you planning for the rest of the day?

16 is more than 15 so it will definitely impact. As you do hard work i am sure you will definitely follow the beat soon. I did my exercise before an hour and soon it will be dinner time here so for me day is almost over.

@marlina It's a great thing and you're doing well as little by little increasing time rather than quick which is very nice.

Gonna make the pie I discussed earlier. I already did laundry and have been to the trash dump plus tried to but those bulbs in.

Walking and gardening combined makes your body physically sound.

I'm glad you were able to do an extra minute. Enjoy your gardening later.
I'm planning to get caught up here and maybe work on Vendetta. Or be completely lazy and veg in front of the TV while getting in the exercise I need.

Hopefully, you'll recover very shortly and be able to carry on with your exercise program.

Adding walking time gradually is very wise. Your body will let you know if you start to overdue it. I am spending a quiet day today indoors. It's cloudy and chilly so I am doing some reading, working a bit on My Lot, watching some you tube videos, and making a music playlist.

Keep going, exercise gets easier the longer you do it!

The weather looks iffy today but I would like to spend time outside if the weather cooperates.
Adding an extra minute to your walking is good. I never thought of using poles for walking
