Twice the bummer

Well, hubby did not get around in time for us to go to church today after all. Not sure why, he says he does not know. So bummer on that. Just as well though, as when we were driving out to put fuel in our car I started having sever stomach cramps. Maybe have eaten too many greens or something my stomach is not used to. So even more bummer. Then my friend we were going to grill with tomorrow texted me. She is not feeling well. We will do it another time. It is supposed to rain tomorrow anyway. It started raining here, for a while. Then the sun came out. Mean while I took a good nap. I am going to drink a nice cup of peppermint tea, made from mint leaves and stems from my plants last year. That will perk me up for sure.

I'm sorry you didn't get to go to church; hopefully you can next Sunday. I'd like to start visiting new churches again, but now seems like a bad time, so I'll start going back to my dad's when they come back the first Sunday in June.

@gardengerty For a difficult stomach I drink ginger tea, or ginger and lemon. Hope yours settles quickly.

That would be a next step. I have ginger on hand and I do put it in tea.

I drink two or three cups of coffee, daily, and lots of water and tea when I crave it.
