My Flash Dream

Last night, I had a very vivid dream. It happened in seconds and then was gone. In the dream, I saw a city with tall buildings from the air. As I looked down on them they suddenly turned into crosses like you would see in a graveyard.. The last thing I saw was some palm trees. It was a very disturbing dream and I don't know how to interpret it. What do you think it means? Do you have disturbing dreams? Did any of them ever come true?

Yes, I often have disturbing dreams. They say that dreams about cemeteries have beautiful symbolism.

My dream was about buildings that turned into a giant graveyard. The buildings were skyscrapers and the crosses were as tall as each building had been. I saw it only from the air. It was so eerie. The palm trees grow in the south and on some islands. I can't figure out what city it was.

@Nevena83 Yes, it was. Very much so. Do you remember your dreams?

That is disturbing. Given the pandemic we're in, it might have something to do with that with those crosses.

I don't know. We have unprecedented rioting, a global pandemic, what could possibly go wrong?

@just4him It certainly seems that way. It is the most miserable year I can remember and it is only half over.

I have disturbing dreams right now and I know it is because of the stress of this situation.

It is stressful. I don't know which bothers me more, the pandemic or the riots.

@akalinus The pandemic bothers me more for sure, we have no riots here.

@LadyDuck The riots were an American thing for the most part. I think there were some demonstrations in France but I believe it was about a French citizen killed by the police. I fear that the pandemic will become much worse after the mobs of people ran around together. There was no distancing. Some people wore masks but I think it was to help conceal their identifies because they knew there would be a lot of cameras around.

Lots of people read things into dreams but I'm rarely able to make sense of them.

I don't know if I am reading anything into it but it is disturbing and ominous.

Luckily, I don't often have disturbing dreams, to be honest, I don't like this dream at all

I don't like it either. I keep worrying about it. I wish I knew what city it was. If I saw the picture of the skyline, I think I would recognize it. I am glad you don't have dreams like that.

@akalinus I would not say that it is a dream for a certain city, it is the general condition of the state, perhaps even of the world

@LowRiderX That could be true. Between the pandemic and the riots added to the usual problems, the world is in a terrible state.

Dreams according to some have messages to share. There are those who could interprete them for a warning or whatever.

I think people could interpret the same dream in different ways.

It was terrifying. I don't know what it means. I'm wondering if some whole city is going to be destroyed and from what.

There are a group of people I talk to and we too all are having such dreams as these. I think we are all tapping into a collective conscious and we are seeing possibly our deepest concerns played out. Not surprising considering the state of the globe right now. This too shall pass.

I hope it is just a goofy dream. But I am wondering because I don't remember a lot of dreams the next day. Some I do remember even years later. Thank you for reminding me that this too shall pass. It is worth remembering. I have often said that to others about common problems. This is not ordinary at all.
