Grilled Cheese Meatloaf Sandwich

Dinner will be a grilled cheese meatloaf sandwich. I have lots of leftovers and this is another favorite of mine.
Sometimes I will eat meatloaf on plain white or wheat bread.
But other times I put whatever kind of cheese I have on the bread, a little butter, and grill until brown.
This will be plenty for dinner. A nice thick sandwich. Plans for you?

@CarolDM it was.
Would prefer my steak to be medium rare but it came out more well done than what i wanted. Still, it was a good steak.

I had buffalo chicken mac n cheese. Not as good as your dinner, but I enjoyed the taste.

I've never heard of doing that... I do like meatloaf sandwiches usually on a hard or sub type roll with cheese melted on top. Kind of similar but never thought about grilling it all together. Thanks for the tip
