they fall to the ground sometimes and we look at them wondering, why did i remember that or, why haven't i remembered that before just now.
I was looking at pictures last night and I found a few that I haven't shared in a while.
this one, my daughter using the underwater camera.
Ever have that happen, where you find old pictures and just well let memory take over?

A powerful image used - like leaves on the ground.
Yes, while we walk over dry leaves, we remember cherished moments in our lives.

I like the title. It reminds me of a movie script that I wrote for a friend which won the grand prize in a contest. The title is translated as The Fallen Leaves of Memories.

@DocAndersen sorry, I didn't get the translation correctly. It should be Fallen pages from the book of memories. The story is about... ah, never mind. It's a long story, waheehee.

Oh, yes. I did some scanning of photos for my cousin so she could make an electronic collage for my aunt for her 80th birthday. Talk about a flood of memories!!!!!

Memories are indeed like leaves, some I would rather leaves alone...lol...
Some branches, I would rather leaves the leaves alone, and exit from the pictures altogether.

@DocAndersen Unfortunately, sometimes things locked away, especially, if left unforgiven, or blocked out by numbness, the energy needed to keep the lid on these memories, exacts a price from us too.

that is certainly a way to go. Sometimes we have to put memories in a small tightly sealed box. The impact of the memories is too great.
always interesting how people consider memory in their life.

@innertalks the anger tax, it is truly a dangerous tax to leave unpaid. Anger is something that is possible but must be reconciled with other feelings or that tax is impossible to pay!

That is cool. I prefer not to look at old pictures because it brings back bad memories.
