June 7 - What I'm Thankful for Today

This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it. Today started out well and ended well.
My church has two services until next month when we resume one service. As such, I needed to be at the second service as I help count the offering after the service.
I'm thankful for patience as I watched the computer clock go past the time I usually leave for church. I used the time to interact with you.
I'm thankful for a good start on myLot. It took a few hours before I received the first error screen and couldn't get back into the site.
I'm thankful for the error screen. I started the publishing process for Legacy before I left for church.
I'm thankful for the interaction here after church. I made good headway. I got knocked off once, but I came right back to the site and spent a couple of hours before I got off and got my exercise.
I'm thankful I completed all fitness goals. I'm now back to full strength after a painful weekend. I can't promise I won't push the limits again with the daily exercise.
I'm thankful all the exercise is paying off. Several people noticed the weight loss at church this morning.
I'm thankful for the work I did on Legacy as I go through the final edit before I click the publish button. I looked at every word and phrase in the first chapter. I made more changes and am happy with the results.
I'm thankful for friends and hugs. I got a lot of them when I got to church this morning.
I'm thankful I remembered to talk to my associate pastor about coming for dinner. I was thinking about a pot roast, but I'm thinking something else instead. Salmon steaks. It's a good summer meal. They're coming for dinner on Thursday.
Okay, that's my day. Tomorrow I'm back in the pool, so it's time for me to head to bed and a good night's sleep.
What are you thankful for today? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me.

Salmon steaks, yum! I'm sure you'll have a good time with fellowship.
I'm thankful for the letter I got in the mail yesterday. You may know low income people sometimes get help with their electric bill in the summer. The amount they are paying my electric company will cover July and August's bill.

I am thankful for the good weather in my area plus being able to reach my goal of getting the 1,000 points plateau so I can be paid by Branded Surveys.

Sounds like a great day, and glad the site worked for you for a good amount of time, and you had a productive time when it wasn't. Salmon steaks sound like a good alternative to the pot roast.

I'm thankful that I was feeling better yesterday. I wasn't feeling good Friday and Saturday. I did see my church service on facebook. I still haven't gotten my magic scarf/face mask yet. (I did call one of our local post offices and she says I will eventually will get it. She asked me if I called UPS and I said no. I called today, but I can't find out anything from them because it's not a UPS tracking number. And Pitney Bowes PSI isn't answering their phones. So I put in another claim form on USPS website.) Also I was thankful that Lily (my cat) didn't throw up again. She did on Saturday morning.
