I do not know if I shared that my daughter and family are selling their house and house hunting.
Their home is sold but they are waiting on an appraisal.
Daughter shared a link of one they offered on today. She has not seen many that she had a lot of enthusiasm on, but by her description, she IS enthusiastic about this one.
My son's cat had kittens last week. She hid them today and my DIL and her daughter were upset because my son said she would eventually show them.
I called and visited with him quite a while. He is baby sitting Paisley, while her mom, Hannah is doing online school work. She is trying to get ahead and the way it is set up she can study when she wants to.
I am sleepy, ready for bed.
Hope to be here some tomorrow.

I found house hunting to be nerve wracking. Too much like a lottery: there would be a price listed then a bunch of folks would want that particular house and the price would be jacked up beyond what we could afford. We had to quit being attached to houses and just go for possibilities. Then I ran into a place that did not have others beating down the door to it.....

@sallypup Oh, wow. The negotiating went on and daughter let me know this morning that they had reached an agreement. She still says she will believe it when they get the keys.

@GardenGerty It was strange about the house that we bought. Like it was meant to be. I spotted it, loved it, we made a bid and by Monday the seller had agreed to sell it to us. We''re the second family to own the house and it was made in 1900.

Yes, they have offered to buy one. They could get outbid. I like it, there is lots of open space around them

They were needing more space, both inside and out. They did get an offer accepted. They will learn more about their own sale tomorrow or the next day.
