The war (with the ants) is almost over

Today is the 3rd morning of the war and there is no enemy in sight again. Yesterday it was quite clear in the horizon. Maybe that is a clear sign of defeat but the Red Army (of the ants, not of China) may just be regrouping. I will be keeping an eye on my territory just to be sure.

@Alexandoy Maybe they have a sexy queen out there at their camp, pooping out new soldiers for the next offensive. Never let down your defense.

@TheHorse it is a protracted war for me so they cannot just appear like before. They have to be cautious of my presence.

That is true. They are always waiting for a chance to attack the food areas.

You are right on that. Seriously, before I waged a war, I got a bite on my groin. That little red ant did that indecent act on me huh,.

You are right, it is awful because they are everywhere if they are not controlled. At least I have the lethal weapons.

@kobesbuddy that is pest control for the foundation. Another problem here is the termites. There's a lot in our village.

@Alexandoy Jay went to the hardware store and bought a solution. It was sprayed around the foundation of our home, which got rid of our ant problem. That home was built on a sand hill!

Well the strategy of the red ants will not be disclosed. They have not yet accepted defeat. It's a fight for their rights and dignity.

I don't think they still have the soldiers because they have no food and soldiers cannot fight on an empty stomach.

@jayanth_77 maybe I have to agree that my enemy has a good stock of food because that is their culture. But their food will not last for long so they have to find more.

@Alexandoy Well that's a top secret strategy which the red ants don't wish to reveal. They are well stocked with food. Just looking for the right time and place to execute the plan.

THey usually do that when rain is coming just to save up for resrouce. Our war for the moment is with the termites.

@moffittjc seriously, yes, they had invaded the Spratlys and had even made a runway and a military fort in one of our islands there. Now there are many Chinese military ship guarding the area.

I hope your Anti-Ant Intelligence Agency is effective. Hopefully they have not enlisted flies or mosquitoes (do you have those there?) as counter-spies.

@mynameiskate what I used against them is apple cider vinegar that I mixed with dish washing soap and water for the spray. I also used the anti-ant chalk and also the garden hose for cleaning.
