I´ll check what to eat for dinner. Thoughts.

I did not have a very good lunch today as I was looking at the workers.
I have been eating whatever I find at hand. So now I´ll go and check what´s left in the kitchen. There are rests of those delicious cheeses that Dixie sent me for my birthday.
Lili just called me and so did Dixie. I think that I will bring my meal to my room.
Carolina, my granddaughter, called me crying. Her other grandma died today.
She was not a victim of COVID as all the deaths one hears about nowadays. It was age. She was 97 years old, older than my mother. Don´t die, grandma, she cries. I think that I don´t want to die at her age.

@LadyDuck My mother was fine until she had a mayoy kidney problem. So she had to be on dialysis which was absolutely depressing.

@marguicha My mom was fine at 97, but she had some problems, she did not see well, she did not hear well, but she still walked every day, she cooked, she cleaned her home, she was an incredible woman.

Oh very sad to hear. Eat healthy food my friend. Spend little bit time to prepare your own fish other wise you get health issues.

@marguicha None of my grandparents lived till that age. I was hoping they'd get to live to at least 100.

You grand daughter must be too small to realise that her other grand mother can't live for ever. She loved her very much.

My granddaughter is a woman and she realised that her mother was VERY old. Still, grief is grief.
