Mass stabbing in Britain?

I heard on radio news today that several people were killed in a mass stabbing in Britain. From what I heard on the radio, three people are dead, and several others wounded.
I was able to Google the incident but found only one news story about it. Apparently a Black Lives Matter rally had been held at that location, but had gone peacefully. The stabbing had nothing to do with the rally.
Who would do such a thing?

@FourWalls What is a Libyan doing in Britain? Did he hold a good job? Was he Muslim? I'll look for more details later.

@kobesbuddy It does seem to be getting worse. Both my Liberal and Conservative friends are becoming less able or willing to engage in constructive dialogue. "Confirmation bias" is running rampant.

@RasmaSandra Could be. As a psychologist, I always "suspect" mental illness. But that's not always the case.

This is now officially being treated as a terrorist incident.
In response to your question as to who would do such a thing it appears to be the usual suspects. Someone who hates our way of life but not enough to not live here and take advantage of the freedoms that way of life gives them.
I shall refrain from commenting any further as it may result in me being banned from this platform.

@TheHorse These precious human beings are contained in a facility and truly want to get helped and be back to civilization, get jobs, pay tax, and treat fellow civilized humans fairly and right.
But the ones you are talking about in your OP only want autonomy, let-loose animals.

that sad reality of life right now is there is so much anger.
Black lives matter and we cannot forget that. Arab lives matter, they are very angry as well.

If so it appears to be a mixture of mental health and terrorism.
