We Love the French Girlfriend!

What a fabulous weekend we had! My birthday celebration continued right through Father’s Day, said my hubby, but he had a wonderful day, too!
The highlight was our time with younger son and meeting his French girlfriend. She turned out to be beautiful, intelligent, personable, and full of life, not homely, ignorant, dull, and shy. 
They came with masks and sat far from us when the masks came off. We had fans on stands to “blow the germs away” and keep us cool as best we could. However, we all slipped up at times with our social distancing.
Oh, well. We will die happy if we get the virus. The 5+ hours of fun together would be worth it.

Hubs and I both enjoyed her company. She was vivacious. We don't like dullards.
My son warned us about her perfectly, symmetrical smile. She's so adorable on top of everything else.
The most important thing is that he is so happy now. Thank the Lord!!!!

My friend's kids are having kids--how did THEY get so old?!?! Amazing--my older nephew is 60--I guess it si time for me to grow up also!!

@birjudanak He worries about us and offers to do errands when he is out.

@Bensen32 Just take precautions. Once she needed to use the bathroom, all our precautions went out the window - almost. Our son wouldn't even enter one room to cool off in the a/c. After she used the powder room, she told us that she peeked into a few rooms.
