This adorable Baby red tailed hawk was up in his nest. But thanks to my cameras awesome zoom. I was able to see him and his adorable fuzzy head just fine from my car!
I live spring and its many photo ops!
My favorite subject is wildlife, then flowers, pets and landscapes.
My camera is a Nikon cookout P1000. The zoom is phenomenal.. I do much of my shooting from my car!

that's an awesome good photo . The distance of the hawk bird from your car might be around 200 meters isn't it?

yes, they are flying now. I got awesome photos of one of them today,. so gorgeous. I have yet to see them catch anything themselves though.. but I haven't seen mom, so I don't know if she is still bringing them food -they are not in the nest anymore, but stay in the vicinity.. it is a large beautiful park like cemetery!

I'm sure their mom is still bringing them food until they actually fly off @minx267 I base that on the eagles I've seen in the SWFL eagle cam, they always feed their young until they fly off on their own, hawks are similar in behavior.

Hawks are impressive birds! On occasion I have a Cooper Hawk visit my backyard in search of some bird meals. Looks like that baby hawk was also watching you..
