Where’s My Discussion

I just finished writing a discussion and when I pressed Start Discussion the little circle went around and around until it stopped. I looked then for the discussion and it wasn’t there,. It’s happened to me a few times before but it’s so aggravating and disappointing.

That is so annoying when that happens. And sometimes if you try again, you end up with two discussions the same.

It does happen when the connection or site is slow. I have experienced it. Now I have learnt to save it or copy it before hitting the start discussion button. It saves me from frustration of re writing it .

That’s true. If it occurs to me I make a copy but sometimes I Don’t think about it. I will likely remember next time.

It happened to me just now. I was about to submit when it suddenly disappear. I forgot all what I wrote so abandoned the whole idea of that topic.

I never write a discussion directly in myLot, I always type them first in the Notepad, I save the text and then I copy and paste here before submitting.

There have been a lot of times where I've seemingly lost a discussion, or got back an error message after the circle sat there spinning around for what seemed like ages, only to go to my profile and see that my discussion actually posted even it seemed it didn't. It's been very rare times that I actually lost my discussion. Thankfully, it doesn't happen often.

I have issues like this, too and others have had other problems with this site recently. I have to refresh many times when I want to add my 2 cents. You are right. Its a pain in the behind.
