Disadvantage of My Morning Work Schedule

I did not realize that I am working from home when I selected or picked my schedule. My shift/work just ended 10 minutes ago. Time to sleep for me, no not yet. I still need to do something before going to bed. Anyways, the problem with my schedule now is the internet connection. I believe more people are using the ISP I am using so there is much traffic going on. I can't remember the number of times the server stopped working. So delayed completion of my email responses. I only finished 17 cases today compared to 35-41. See the difference.

Exactly and the internet speed here is not as good as other countries.

That sounds very frustrating. Do you get a set salary, or do you get paid depending on finished cases? It would be frustrating whatever the situation is. Do you work under a deadline situation?

I get a fixed salary. However, I get bonus if I get to perform better. And hoping that my ISP will cooperate the next days and so.

My last caller was from FR, Germany. When I called our office in Germany to confirm status, the.security officer answered the phone and I can hear the German accent.

Sorry to learn about your problem. You should try for different slot where in there are fewer internet users and you could work to your full capacity.

The only schedule I can think of would be the night shift. I don't want to go back in the night schedule.

It is difficult at times to work at home. It is not unusual for our internet to go out for a bit several times each day. Everyone seems to have this issue.

The connection was good the past few days. And was able to bounce back. Today is Monday and it is starting to be a slow connection once again.

The problem with the Internet in the Philippines is the weak signal. It's very slow.
